APL QLD State Titles - Tested

Valhalla Strength proudly presents the 2024 APL QLD State Titles!

TESTED LIFTERS ONLY

This competition will take place on Saturday, March 2nd 2024.

This is a APL sanctioned 3 lift competition. To compete you must be a APL member. This competition will include then Walked Out Division (Sleeves & Wraps) as well as the Monolift Division (Wraps & Single Ply). All competitors will be lifting out of a Monolift.

Entries to this competition go live to the public Monday, the 13th of November at 9am. 45 places will be made available for this competition.

Spectator entry fee is $15 per person, kids under 15 are free.

Please note to all competitors and coaches; all competitors will receive an email with event information 12, 8, 4 and 1 weeks out from competition. Please look out for these as ALL information will be on these emails (this may end up in spam).

Competitors please share these emails with your coaches when you get them!
